Mr Rousseau is a Polytechnics PhD graduated Engineer with a solid-state specialization in 1976.
He has been working in Renault since 1978 in three main fields : Research, and Development, Quality and after sales Divisions.
Christian Rousseau, is now in charge of Corporate Strategic Expertise area " Mobility & Transport Systems"in the Corporate Strategy,Plan and Business Development Division of Renault. In the field of Electronics and Automation , He has been in charge of Engine Control Systems research, advanced studies and development for 10 years , Electronic Systems researches including ADAS, telematic and ITS functionalities for ten more years, IEEE skills and expertise corporate development for 4 years. In the worldwide After Sales division and then in the Corporate Quality Division , he has been in charge of after sales concerns counter measure management, customer care and warranty cost reduction for 6 other years. Since end of 2007, He has been in charge of Products & Services Definition Compliance with Transport Policy and Mobility Needs. He is member of the eSafety Forum Steering Group, Ertico Vice Chair of the Supervisory board, and member of the C-ITS Eu Platform.
